    hi,

    I know mushrooms are supposed to be free but are they definetely?

    Just looked at the nutritional info on the packet and it says:

    "Typical values fried with a knob of butter per 80g:

    Energy: 125kcal
    Protein: 1.9g
    Carbohydrates: 0.2g
    Of which sugars: 0.1g
    Fat: 12.9g :eek::cry::(
    Of which saturates: 8.5g
    Fibre: 1.2g"

    I baked mine in the oven with no oil at all. I had three large mushrooms. Do you think this would still be free?

    Thanks

    The fat would be from the butter. The mushrooms themselves are zero pointed.

    they do have calories persay, but the way the plan is worked they are free. All food has a certain amount of calories.

    If they are plain mushrooms, they are 0pp.
