must stop eating the biscuits :(

    ive had 5 now and a few handfulls of bairns toffee popcorn. so thought id post here n guilt myself out of having more before i do too much damage. is anyone else like that get taste of something and just keep going back for more :cry:

    step away from the biscuts syn what you have had....
    start a fresh and dont beat yourself up....
    remeber that nothing tastes as good as looking slim feels ;)

    don't feel bad about it hun, stay out of the kitchen and congratulate yourself for recognising that these foods aren't good for you :D i know myself I used to eat waaaaaay more than that in bad food every day and not feel an ounce of guilt so when i do eat something and feel bad i can feel a bit better knowing that i can now recognise these bad habits!

    That happens to me sometimes. The important thing is to realise what we're doing and stop. You realised and stopped, so instead of feeling low smile and keep walking your journey;)

    Well done girl, I try to do similar things, I also have a huge sweet tooth so I eat several fruits during the day;) Some days I eat over 10 servings or fruit, because sometimes I have fruit for main meals and that translates into lots of fruit :)
