    Had 1/4 pot of coconut yog at 159
    Carrot at 24

    start: 217.5lb goal:154lb current: 216.5lb (62.5lb to lose)

    My 100 cal snacks were

    Ww tomato soup- 76 cals
    Ringos crisps- 82 cals
    Special K biscuit moments blueberry- 99cals

    And today i am having

    Sf sour cream pretzels 95cal
    Conference pear 62
    Alpen light cherry bakewell 70

    Ww tomato soup and small salad- 100 cals
    Velvet crunch - 86 cals
    Special K biscuit moments - 99 cals

    Ww soup - 96 cals (potato chicken and leek)
    Velvet crunch and celery- 86 cals
    Ww yogurt (50) and 3 mini meringues (60)

    Well today im.not sure of snacks...might not have any as woke late so dont feek wil need them i might just eat.more trifle lol

    Ww tomato soup - 76 cals
    4 corn thins 92 cals (3 sticks of celery too) 6 cals
    Fruit split ice lolly - 75 cals

    A bit over 100 cals but so worry it!

    Ww vienetta type dessert at 111 cals and gorgeous!!!

    Great....other half has took my slim fast crisps....i dont know what else to eat i craving savoury! Grrr cud kill him...am starving
