My 12 weeks to (hopefully) target

Hello :) I've set myself a new challenge (starting tomorrow) to lose 2st in 12 weeks. I often have big weight losses and can still drop 5lb+ a week when I'm 100% so I know it's possible.
My bootcamp instructor has set me up a fb page (link in my sig) where I'm going to daily update with recipes,food & exercise logs and weekly photos.
I'm going to attempt to update this post with the same :)
It was my 30th on Friday and has a party last night so today is recovering and eating the last of the 'bad' food xx
 
Hi, best of luck, you sound like you are in the right frame of mind to acheive it.
