My 14 Day Menu...

it seems so boring but its the only way im going to stick at something

that will complete my induction

i will then move on to adding a shake into it instead of breakfast as i want a steady weightloss but need to slowly up my carb intake to OWL.

Are you doing the true Atkins...full fat mayo/cream etc.......I like the theory behind it....but we are conditioned to eat low fat....I eat lurpak butter and full fat mayo.....it's great...but the media suggestion in my head is saying...................noooooooo clogged arteries...LOL

i cant stomach full fat i just see piles of butter. im doing a low fat version.

imagine the damage you will do to ur body eating full fat

heard some bad stories , just be ware

you can eat full fat with out it doing you any harm on atkins because your eating mainly protien you will find you dont eat as much and so wont do you any harm, i use butter and real mayo but i dont cook with fat and i cut the fat of any meat

i use full fat stuff like butter and mayo because i like the taste better and i do think i use less because of that, when i first did atkins yrs ago i left the fat on meat skin on chicken and used full fat stuff cos the 70s book i got then told you too and it worked , this time ive been removing the fat from food and not cooking in oil or butter,{ i bought the 70s book i wasnt useing it in the 7os} lol

im using full fat mayo when i have it with tuna, and im leaving it on the bacon.

and my atkins bar has 11g of fat.

do you not think thats enough?!

I think what you are doing Sharon is the right way.....and I think the 'new' Atkins avocates this.......what I am saying if you eat too low a fat diet then it's not going to work....even CS encourage snacks of cheese and peanut butter

to be honest im not sure how much fat your ment to have i dont think they count it on atkins you could ask on there ,

It doesn't add up to much.....I am no expert but you might not be eating enough......

im just going to put my scales away fro a month and stop worrying about my weight.

i want to get fit and healthy which means exercise, toning and hopefully inch losses.

if i stick to it till the end of may and dont see any real changes ie, actual inch loss and fitness levels. plus lbs at the end of the month im going on CD.

im going to up my calorie intake a bit more...just dont know how atm :)

dawns prob right try adding more protien and see if that helps
