My 2016 journey... Here I go again...

Trying to follow slimming world from home this time round. I have been up and down with my weight the last 7 years, have had 3 beautiful girls but need to really try and get to a comfortable weight now and maintain.

Weighing in today at 12st 6lb Ouch

B- seed sensations bread (6), clover light (3), eggs, apple
L- Naked noodles chow mein (1), carrot
T-j.potato with cheese (hea), Heinz chilli beans (2)

Snacks- banana, milk in drinks (2)

Off to help coach at my daughters gymnastics class in a minute so that will keep me away from raiding the cupboards

Well after a rubbish week I bit the bullet and rejoined a group today. I'd put on 2lb from last week So weighed in at 12st 8lb. My friend has joined with me too so hoping that I'll be able to do it this time. Also tried Lidl for the first time and I love it! So cheap for fruit, veg and meat and I'm impressed with the quality too.

B- none as weighed in at group
L-bacon,egg,mushrooms,beans,hash browns (4)
T-sw chips (0.5), lidl pulled pork (5.5), lettuce, tomatoes, gherkins, cucumber

Syns-skimmed milk (1.5). Total 11.5 syns
 
Been quite hungry today but snacked on good foods so its all good.

B- Scrambled egg, toast (heb+2), clover light (2), satsuma
L- Mackerel in tom sauce, stand and stuff (4.5), lettuce, banana and apple
T- Beef, carrots, onions, sweet potato and mash with oxo stockpot

Snacks and syns - ham, 30g cheese (hea), grapes, crabstick, skimmed milk (1.5), Hartley's jelly (0.5) Total 10.5syns

I was like that week after Xmas lol my metabolism gone back to normal now xx
