My 3 week mini-goal...!

Ok, I have a lot to lose but I'm taking baby steps this time. Thinking about losing 4 st drives me to choccy & wine every time :D

I have my main holiday in 3 weeks time... And I'm aiming for my 1/2 st award by then.

I'd have loved my stone but I dithered about rejoining group & this week has been beyond bad!!

I rejoined a few weeks back & I've lost 3.5lbs... Assuming this week is a STS I'm aiming to get a very doable 3.5lbs in 3 weeks (if its a gain I'll have a rethink!!) More would be an amazing bonus ;)

I'm planning all EE & hitting the gym 3x a week (I already go twice) & I might even try a yoga class & try to fit a swim in. But I'm going to concentrate on being 100% on plan, the exercise will be extra lol :)

I'll keep you updated. Fingers crossed I can do it!! After all, it's only 3 little weeks... Right?!!

Good luck to you! It's all about the smaller goals otherwise you'll never see the light at the end of the tunnel!
 
Got my 1/2 stone last week :D

After this weekend I don't think I'll be losing on Thurs... Very naughty (but very fun!) Wanted 4lbs off over the next two weeks before my hols but I'm not sure I'll make it :)

Also I've decided on a mini goal... I want to buy a pair of Hollister shorts that fit - shallow but something to aim for ;)

1/2 lb off. Not entirely sure how. But if I can get 3.5 off next week I'll hit my before holiday goal... Yeh right lol!! :)

Totally fell off the wagon this weekend. Just completely ruined myself...

So I'm planning superspeed foods for the week to try & diminish the damage!! ;)

Current plan (after supermarket spree tomorrow):
Breakfast - blackberries, strawberries & raspberries with fat free yoghurt
Lunch - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, chickpeas, lentils & tinned tuna
Snacks - melon - ryvita & dairylea
Dinners - need to have a think!!

It's my last WI this Thurs before 2 weeks holiday... Not good :( I'm hoping if I avoid a gain this week & I behave while I'm away (thankfully self catering!) I won't gain too much!! Haha :D

WI tomorrow - not looking forward to it!! :'(

But off on my jolly holis on Monday, so rather than worrying too much... I'm going to relax for 2 weeks :D

I might be just under 3 stone from target but I'm still packing a bikini! ;) I'm the slimmest I've been in a very long time - and only 5lbs from when I last wore a bikini & oddly got loads of complements! I'm using that as my confidence boost!! (and taking a one-piece as back up!)
