My 6 week blast to lose 5lbs!

1st day following SW, EE day:

Breakfast porridge (heb) milk (hea) banana and cinnamon

Coffee with milk and sweetener

Lunch: jacket pot with ff cottage cheese (free) mullerlight (free)

Snack 2 satsumas (free)

Dinner: 2 egg omelette and grilled bacon (free)

Evening czech alcohol free lager (1) 187ml echo falls rose (6.5)

Total syns 7.5

Good luck with your 6 week plan hun.

Just an observation on your food diary - if you're following extra easy, you need to have 1/3 of your plate/meal made up of super free food -maybe salad with your jacket potato or mushrooms and tomatoes with your tea?

(I would say breakfast looks ok you got some superfree in there,do you measure your milk ?)

Coffee with milk and sweetener

(Defo need some superfree in there on the plate )

( snacks are good as they say to choose superfree first for a snack :) )

(Did you have any veggies in the omelette ??)

Good advice from the ladies who've posted before me, it's all so confusing at the start...I found the 1/3 superfree rule to be the one that took me ages to 'get' and now I live by it...unless it's a green day cause it's too damn hard haha!

Just wanted to say good luck :) Keep updating to let us know how you get on :)

Morning all,

Stuck to my plan yesterday with the following differences:

Add half a teaspoon of sugar to my one coffee (+0.5syn)
Add 1 xtra czech beer (1)
Add 1 HIghlights hot choccy (2syn)
minus one glass of wine (-6.5 syns)

overall 3 syns less than planned :)

Today:

Extra Easy
HEA (milk)
HEB (1 slice Hovis wholegrain)

Breakfast: 1 Slice of toast (HEB) 2 grilled bacon (FREE) 1 egg in fry light (FREE) Coffee with milk, half a sugar and sweetner (0.5) I know i should have some extra easy on here but its shop day tomorrow so lacking in fresh food in fridge :(

Snack: Coffee with half a sugar (0.5) and some caramel syrup (1)

Lunch Jacket Potato (FREE) Tuna (FREE) and Sweetcorn (FREE) massive side salad (SuperFree)

Dinner: At the fireworks so unfortunately....HOGROAST!! No butter, will ask for lean meat NO stuffing :( and a teeeny but of apple sauce (about 20 syns...?!?!)

Evening: 3 glasses of red wine (18 syns)

Total Syns 40 (AAAAHHHH i know bad....but won't really have many syns during the week...)
