My all new weigh-ins

    I'm going to be weighing myself every Friday. I had just weighed myself on Wednesday this week, so wasn't expecting much. Wednesday's weight was 184.5lbs.

    Weigh-in today: 182.5lbs -2lbs!

    2lbs in 2 days can't be bad! Long may it continue!! :D

    Weighed in this morning: 181 3/4lb

    So I've lost 3/4lb :( I'm pretty gutted because I've worked so hard this week! Ive exercised every day and my eating has been good too! So I'm pretty confused by that number.

    eating less and exercising more
    well done on your weight loss so far. i know how frustrating it is when you have been really good but it doesnt really show on the scales. the thing you have to remember is a loss is a loss no matter how small. carry on what you are doing and im sure you will see a bigger loss soon.

    Just remember if you hadn't done the work you had, you could have put on, and then you'd have had more to lose! So it's always worth the effort you are putting in. Plus our body's fluctuate in water weight so much (by pounds) so I wouldn't worry so much....some people even weigh in every 2 weeks or once a month to avoid that problem.
