My atkins journey

    hi all decided to start a diary think it may help!
    started atkins today after weeks of over eating,think my xmas went on a bit longer than most whoops! iam 5'11 and weigh 15st11 want to get to 13 then see how i feel. Im trying not to obsess with scales as i excercise and found last year i was losing inches more than pounds. Last year i did a sponsored weight loss then skydive i lost 2st and did my dive.I felt great and although overweight still didnt feel uncomfortable or dread going out.Soon as i did it i fell off the wagon and rewarded myself with food! ive put back on stone and half and enough is enough! I feel guilty for those that sponsored me but luckily most have weight problems and understand and i did throw myself out a plane too lol.
    was considering doing VLCD but i struggle with them i lost 6 stone in 2006 and ive kept around 5 of it off but i just cant stick to them anymore! now im into excercise i figured it was best to avoid those diets. I do BLT,Zumba and body pump and love it. Never thought id ever say that lol.Anyway think this forum will keep me focused, so sick of never finishing any diet, this time iam determined!x
