My attempt at 5:2

High days- 1600cals
Low days- 500cals


I'm so fed up of switching between sw and ww, think I've become so complacent with them both, that they now bore me.

I managed to lose 3st with sw and keep it off by following a no sugar plan but recently I've been slacking and I van feel the weight creeping back on :O

I weigh 9st 2lbs (I think) but I will weigh in tomorrow.
I'd like to be 8st 8 :)

Ok.. time to get serious and try lose a few pounds before xmas!
My fast days will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, WI will be Fridays :)

I'm gonna stick to 1500 for high days. Ooh I've also got a new fridge freezer so can fit lots of yummy, healthy food in xx
 
Breakfast - 209cals

2 boiled eggs
Milk in coffee



Lunch- 196

Ww chicken and potato soup
1 slice wholemeal bread



Dinner-

Will be roast belly pork, will work out the cals later
