I have been on LLL for 7 weeks and am almost at where I want to be. I am 9st 8lb, which for my 5ft 4" height is a healthy BMI of 23 and I am wearing size 10 or 12 clothes. I am not in a position to keep spending the £49.50 a week and thanks to Minerva :) I can follow the RTM without going to group. So my big decision is to stop attending group and carry on with the RTM with the excess packs I have ( I have enough to do the whole RTM) and keep on here for support and motivation, thank you everyone, you're all stars.X.x.

wll done for reaching your goal. if you feel its best for you to do it that way then give it a try, but if you find it starts to slip the wrong way go back to your sessions to get back on track. good luck and dont forget we are always here for each other

Well done Catwoman! I'm a little envious of you reaching goal! It's such a long and exhausting struggle for me, and indeed the money issue is pressing at me excessively. I may have to finish early never reaching goal of 9st 7.

I wish you luck for the RTM, I hope you find the allowances I've written up useful, you do also get the booklet with it all in. To be honest you will do wonderfully well, I know it. :)

min, you are always giving advice and come across strong, but even the strongest of us need support now and then. you have done soo well, i dont think i could have stayed at it as long as you. keep going you have come this far, you have not got far to go untill your goal weight. the cost is a major thing, especially in times as hard as this, but look at what you have already spent, dont let it all go too waste. i know you probably are not in a very good place at the moment, but will come bouncing back soon, as we all do. you are a survivor to have come this far. just keep focussing on all those little summer tops and skinny jeans. x

    Thanks guys :)

Ditto what Bali said, keep going Minerva, you don't have very much left to lose and you've come such a long way, don't give up now ! I may well regret not going to group, time will only tell, I could fall at the last hurdle ! But I am reamining positive and am looking toward our Crete holiday in 10 weeks when I want to be in the bikinis that I bought ! X.x.

So can you continue to buy the packs without going to group after you've completed your LLL Foundation?

You sure can with my LLC and I assume with others too!! I haven't been to a group since my first foundation weeks in 2007. Once you are a member of LL, you're one for life.

Oooh wow. ... It is indeed strange to find these sort of comments loads later! I'm actually quite a bit below that original target (which I then raised to 10st!).
I guess perseverance pays off in the end.

    Thanks for that T_i :hug99:
