Thanks everyone! It's taken me since January to do it, taken a bit longer than planned, but I've been doing loads more exercise (gym 3x a week) and trying to change my whole mental attitude. Also, let's face it, I haven't been 100% all the time!
Learnt so much from you guys here, you're a lifesaver! Still more weight to lose (probs a stone) so will be on here loads as I know it gets harder as you get closer to target.
