    I was excited about starting this diet too - very strange as I never looked forward to starting any other diet!
    The great think about CD is that it really does work - and fast.
    Good luck for the next few days. Once you're past day 3/4 the hunger pangs go. Peppermint tea helps if you need more than plain water!
