My Current Exante Challenge

Evening all

I have been on the Exante for a good month now just completed week 5 so far so good I started out at a heavy 15 st 4lb now I weigh in at 13 st 12 lb.

At the same time I have been doing a Extensive fitness program

I have started off by running 2 miles twice a week soon to be 3 times a week.
Also I am doing a intensive Circuit Program which has the following.

2x12 Press ups
2x12 Sit up Twists
2x12 Sit ups
2x12 Dorsal Raises
2x12 Box Raises (Roughly 10 Kilo)
2x12 One Legged Squats
2x12 Step Up Knee Raises
2x12 Walking Squat Lunges


With the Run I have recently incorporated a Army issue burgen with 15 kilo into it

I have found the last week really testing from not going stray from the diet.

What I have found really effective to my food week instead of doing a entire week on the trot I do a day a week this prevents my body from going completely out of Ketosis.
