I am doing ok. I am staying on foodfighters for the time being. Would feel bad leaving when it was set up after this stopped so suddenly. Just popping in from time to time

For for Sunday

Hea milk

Two bacon, two eggs, two large mushrooms.

Two loin chops, runner beans. Medium potato. Gravy grand 2 syns.

Two Muller light. Two apples.
 
Monday food

4 bacon. 3 eggs. Mushrooms

Dinner. Small boiled spuds. 2 pork chops. cranberry sauce. 6 syns

Coffee and diet fizzy drink

Not feeling too good today again

My son took me to his house Monday and I stayed until Thursday. I just tried to rest as have been feeling bad since this virus started nearly five weeks ago.
I think it must have helped. Still felt bad Thursday but seemed to have improved a little. Just have to be careful and not try to do too much at once.

Got weighed today ( Friday) lost 1 1/2 lbs. Pleased with that.

Food.

Dinner. Bacon trimmed, 2 eggs, black pudding (3 1/2) lots mushrooms.

Didn't want to eat before then.

It is 3 am and got up for coffee. Feeling not too bad.
 
I think my virus has pretty much gone. About time, it started 5 weeks ago.

Ate a bit more this week. Do hope I have not spoilt my run as I have been doing quite well lately. We will see in the morning.
 
Must of been some nasty virus to last 5 weeks. Hope it doesn't find you again.

How did weigh in go this morning?

There is a flu and stomach bug going around. So I have kept away from everyone I know who had or has it. Hard as I work in a school.
 
Hope you don't get what I have had. After two weeks the doc said it is post virus fatigue. Am feeling so much better now but I still cannot do too much at once or I just flake out.

I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Could not go out for nearly two weeks. Thank goodness for nice neighbours

I lost 2.1/2lbs this week. Very pleased.
 
Today's food.

B. 2 trimmed bacon. 2 eggs. Mushrooms Toms slice black pudding (3.1/2 syns). around 11.30

D. 2 chicken thighs. 150g boiled spud. Runner beans. Gravy grans 2 syns. Cranberry sauce 1.1/2 syns

If I have anything else it will be a scan bran cake
 
Food Monday.

B. 3 egg omelette. Beans

D. 2 small pork loin chops. Runner beans. 200g boiled spuds. Few processed peas. Apple sauce 2syns gravy grans 2 syns.

Maybe yogurt and frozen berries later or scan bran cake
