Just doing this for my self really so I know I have to account for everything I've eaten!

Breakfast, (not too good, bad morning!) 2 oat cakes, 3 richtea biscuits! 2.5 points

Lunch (better!) Ham and Turkey 6 inch sub 4points.

Dinner (very good!) vegetable Chilli, rice 3 points

Snacks, coffee light frappachino ?2 points?
1 plum, muller light yogurt/raspberries 3points

Total 15 points.

Breakfast 7.45am (better today!) 2 shreddied wheat/skimmed milk 3 points

Snack 10.00am 2 plums 1 pear 1 point

Lunch tesco light choice soup 1.5 points.

Dinner vegetable chilli, brown basmati rice 4 points.

Snacks muller light/raspberries 2 points

Today's exercise 20 min walk am, 60 min circuit class pm.

Todays Excercise 20 minute power walk
30 minute run.
