my diary for april 2012 wedding :)

Right ladies, after plenty of ffaffing around, I've decided to make a sort of log/diary on here to help lose weight for my wedding in april. I've tried various things: herbalife, starvation, fruit/veg, slimming world but always get back to this weight so here we go. I'm going to do herbalife for 6 weeks as a kick start then just do normal healthy eating. Exercise - well we'll just see what happens. I'm going to record my weight and measurements weekly. I find measurements good as relying on the scales can be a pain unless there's a loss! Please feel free to comment or help me in anyway possible!
So here's where I am now:

Weight: 12 stone 12 pounds
waist: 34"
belly: 41"
hips: 42.5"
thigh: 23.5"
calves: 17.5"
upper arm: 12.5"
under bust: 36"
over bust: 38"
