    Started today and loving it so far.

    I've had to adjust my ticker for the starting weight as I thought that I was 17 stone (I havn't weighed myself in a long time and was convinced I'd gone back up from 16 and a half to 17) and pleased to say I'm not (I'm 16 '5)
    So that was a nice surprise lol.

    I've had a banana shake for breakfast which was nice (done in a blender with ice) and I've just had choc mint... which was nice too.

    I don't feel hungry after shakes as I have on other meal replacements which is good (so far anyway) and don't feel hungry inbetween shakes. My problem is remembering to drink as I don't really get thirsty so I think the water is going to be difficult to start off with.

    I think tonight will be the struggle after my last shake, and kids will be in bed so will have to keep myself busy..not must of a problem keeping myself busy for the early evening, as I have 3 presentations to do next week in college, wonderful for me (not)

    It will be after sitting infront of the tv .. and hubby is out (yay for total control of the tv) but I'll be on my own... so I think I'll end up being a boring old sod and go to bed after I've done my college work, if I do start to feel hungry.

    CDC is lovely, and will be seeing her next week :)

    you too :) family are having spag bol later (which I'll probably be cooking) as stepson is coming over. I've got my fruits of the forest shake for later though :) just had another choc mint one for lunch, and it wasn't so bad this time as I added less water (still had ice though) (must go and drink water, I'm a nightmare at remembering to drink)

    Spag bol (minus the bol lol) was my "last supper" before starting on CD. I had cheese for the first time in months with it and it was LUSH!!

    I haven`t tried the Fruits Of Forest shake, Not sure I`d like it? Might give it a go next week :)

    Re choc mint shake, I`ve never had it cold. Would imagine it would be a bit yak cold? It is LUSH LUSH LUSH hot!! I mix it up with a couple of floz of cold water then fill the jug up to a pint of boiled water to make it hot. It`s DELISH!! (hence having a pint to make it go further lol).

    I had a choc tetra this morning and OMC they`re LUSH too! I could open the carton and lick it they`re so scrummy :8855:

    Gonna have a Vanilla shake next as I have 3 to use before Weds :eek: (been snafflin my faves first lol)

    oo will definatly have to try it hot then :)

    Day 2 went fine, no cheating yay :) although did find it a bit difficult when cooking dinner.

    I've JUST finished preparing the 15 min presentation ready for college tommorow on my ID project which was a 4000 word essay on alcoholism, I HATE doing presentations, so not looking forward to tommorow. 15 mins stood talking on my own... yuck (there's a reason why I'm not doing teaching lol)

    day 3 and - Presentation done YAY! :)

    I've had no problems sticking to CD so far, but I'm wondering what to do about monday (its my birthday) and hubby wants to take me out, I don't know if I should have 2 shakes then just go out for dinner and cinema then straight back on it, or should I leave the dinner and just go to the cinema and take a shake with me (thats what I should do lol).

    The other thing I'm worrying about is its my graduation party at the end of july and I was just going to go to the ceramony and not bother going to the party afterwards (but apparently I'm going lol). I think I may see how much weight I lose between now and then and then decide what to do.
    Otherwise I've stuck to it 100% so far and been drinking the water which is the hardest part. :)

    YAY for sticking it out :D Well done hun Xx

    I hope your presentation went well, What is the end goal when you finish college?

    As for the meal and graduation, If it were me personally, I would stick on plan as I want to get dieting over and done with ASAP so that I can start to live my life again. BUT that is easier for me to say as I am doing 810 plan which includes a small low calorie/low fat meal. I`m not fussed about drinking before I finish as there will be plenty of time to have a drink after.

    If the meal is really important to you, You could try and SS+ or go with 810 plan just for that evening. I`m not entirely sure what you can eat on SS+ but can help you with 810 plan if you need it. I would only do it for that 1 meal though and you might find it difficult to get back on total TFR after eating.

    I start university in march next year, to do nursing :) just getting everything finished now for this course (hopefully be done by this week)

    Wow that`s great! What would you like to specialise in?

    I would love to be a midwife, But I just don`t think I have the brain power to do it :(

    What about getting a tetra for the cinema? The Choc one is to die for!!! :heartpump:

    I would like to specialise in midwifery but as its so hard to get onto, its probably not likely. I'm doing general nursing and then will try for post graduate study in midwifery (not holding out much hope though lol)

    I would like to go on to do medical research though if I can't get into midwifery :)

    Struggled a bit today as I thought I'd be out of college earlier then I was, so only had my breakfast shake at 8:30 and then was unable to have anything other then water until 4:30 (not doing that again LOL) I had a shake when I got home and am now having my third shake (with lots of ice to make it thick because I'm hungry)

    I felt really dizzy today but I'm sure thats due to the amount of time I went without anything.

    Hope everyone else is doing ok :)

    Its not until saturday its aaaaaaaaaaaages away :) lol

    feel a bit better today, don't feel dizzy anymore yay :)

    and no I havn't I'm too much of a wuss lol and I'd rather just stick to one set of scales :)

    Weigh in tommorow :) can't wait

    today was.. ok, but for the past few days I've been really hungry and it doesn't seem to be going yet, although I'm coping with it so far.

    My back is absolutely killing (I've had back problems since having my daughter and part of the spine is overlapping slightly), and I'm wondering if its to do with losing weight as there is less weight on my stomach now, which is good but ouch lol, and lol my mum gave me painkillers this afternoon I asked how many of them you take because they seemed kind of big, she said she thought 2, so I took 2, and then she checked and it was only supposed to be 1 , so she was panicing all afternoon but I'm fine.

    But, I have lost inches and am now in a size 18 dress which I was not quite in before (not sure about trousers, as I'm always bigger bottom then top and havn't tried yet) so yay!

    Todays going ok :) I don't feel hungry today which is a bonus,

    and a really nice thing happened as I was walking back home from taking my little girl to her dancing lesson, a little bird ( I think it was a sparrow) landed on my shoulder and just sat there chirping down my ear. I got it off with a bit of card (didn't want to touch it anymore then I had to incase it was a young one) but it was so sweet and its made my day :D
