    Day 1. Getting ready for work. Can't find anything that fits- motivation enough today! Let's see if I can do 10lbs in 10 days... And then 1 st in a month.

    You can do it! Just remember don't give into temptations and drink loads of water (I try for 5 litres a day... I feel like a fish lol).

    Thanks. Had a small piece of cake and realised that was it. Now it's 2.30 and my first shake 100% now on!

    Cake explained by time of month! Vanilla shake was nice though.
