    Day 1 Tuesday 4th March 2008


    Breakfast:
    • Branflakes & raisins with skimmed milk
    Lunch:
    • 2 Mini pittas with chicken filling
    Dinner:
    • Chicken salad with low fat dressing
    Snack:
    • Handful of grapes
    Drinks:
    • 1 Green Tea
    • 2 Glasses of juice
    Day 2 Wednesday 5th March 2008


    Breakfast:
    • Branflakes & raisins with skimmed milk
    Lunch:
    • Brown bread chicken sandwich with low fat spread
    • Slimasoup
    Dinner:
    • Grilled burger & bun with oven chips
    Snack:
    • Couple of grapes
    Drinks:
    • Half a cup of Green Tea
    • 1 Glass of juice
    Day 3 Thursday 6th March 2008

    Breakfast:
    • 1 Mini orange
    Lunch:
    • Brown bread chicken sandwich with low fat spread
    Dinner:
    • 2 Hot cross bun slices with low fat spread
    Snack:
    • 1 Mini orange
    Drinks:
    • 1 Cup of Green Tea
    • 1 Glass of juice
    • Water
    Day 4 Friday 7th March 2008

    Hey Fuffa,

    I'm taking appetite suppressants which i get from a Slimming Clinic & they basically stop me from being hungry :p I've been eating little but healthy & managed to lose 7lbs in my first week :D How about you?

    Thats good going girlie! You seem to only eat chicken which is the only meat I eat too lol thanks for sharing I might steal some of your food ideas as I'm on CD but going onto the 1000 plan on Monday :)

    • A few cocktail Chipalatas
    • A few crisps
    • A small slice of sausage & onion pie
    • 1 Breadstick
    Snack:
    • A couple of cashew nuts

    • White wine (can't remember how many glasses)
