Hi everyone.

I have a 50th Birthday party on Sat evening, followed by a 40th Anniversary meal on Sunday. My weigh in day is Monday.

So, do I stick to the plan and avoid most of the food at the party and have a red day on the Sunday and stick to steak or Gammon.

Or, do I have 2 flexi days?

What would you do?

I'd stick to the plan, but that's only cos i know how c**ppy i'd feel if i had two days of flexi syns and then either sts or gained :(

BUT that's just me! And if you're prepared for that then have the flexi days :)

I would also stick to the plan because I know that once I change it I will never get back into it

I'd stick to the plan (as much as possible)...Dont go mad with the food coz you'll only regret it!

i personally would have the two flexi days but still be careful!!!!

i wouldn't go out of my way to eat all the really bad stuff i would try and stick to the low syn stuff but make sure you keep a track of the amount of syns you are having
