This is the Start of my Diary. Hope I can get it to make sense lol
Sunday 11th August

BREAKFAST
-2 Poached eggs & Beans

LUNCH - Marks & Spencers sliced bbq chicken 1 Pack - (1 Syn)
1 Level tbsp of Extra Light Mayonnaise - (0.5 Syns)

DINNER
- Egg Noodles with Mushrooms & Soy Sauce

SNACK
- Strawberries, Mango, Blueberries, Toffee MullerLight Yogurt with chopped up apple
3 Sesame Ryvita (HEB) with 75g Philadelphia Garlic & Herb(HEA)

DRINK
- 2 Cups of green Tea with Lemon, 1 500ml bottle of Pepsi Max
250ml Ocean Spray Cranberry & Blackcurrant Juice (6 Syns)

If I'm honest probably not on my dinner plate no. I'm not really that adventurous with Vegetables. I have been making sure my pudding is all Superfree fruits though

Monday 12th August

- Fruit Salad (Strawberries, Mango, Melon, Blueberries, grapes & apple)

LUNCH - Chicken Tikka with Rice - (1 syn)
1 wholemeal roll (HEB)
Fruit Salad (Strawberries, Mango, Melon, Blueberries, grapes & apple)

DINNER -
Pepper, Mushroom & Onion Omelette with baked beans

SNACKS
- 3 Digestive Biscuits (9 Syns)

30g tub of Cadburys Chocolate Philadelphia (4.5 Syns)

DRINKS - 2 Cups of Green tea with lemon

So Tuesday/Wednesday were a write off I didn't have time to keep a food diary and I know I didn't stick to plan. But I'm back to it all now

LUNCH - Egg & Ham Salad (Lettuce, onion, peppers,eggs, ham & cucumber)
Tub of beans

DINNER - Cheese & Broccolli Pasta & Sauce with bacon

SNACKS - Fruit Salad (Strawberries, Blueberries, Mango, Melons, apples & Grapes)
Toffee Mullerlight Yogurt

DRINKS - Cherry Pepsi Max
2 Cups of Green Tea
