BREAKFAST -2 Poached eggs & Beans
LUNCH - Marks & Spencers sliced bbq chicken 1 Pack - (1 Syn)
1 Level tbsp of Extra Light Mayonnaise - (0.5 Syns)
DINNER - Egg Noodles with Mushrooms & Soy Sauce
SNACK - Strawberries, Mango, Blueberries, Toffee MullerLight Yogurt with chopped up apple
3 Sesame Ryvita (HEB) with 75g Philadelphia Garlic & Herb(HEA)
DRINK - 2 Cups of green Tea with Lemon, 1 500ml bottle of Pepsi Max
