My first day! how much have you all lost?

Hya its my first day, kicked off this morning with choc mint shake it was lovely, feeling abit hungry but saving my 2nd shake for after the school run as this is the time of day I generally feel hungry and eat my self stupid and then saving my 3rd for when hubby snacks in the evening, filling up on water is hard... any tips? If it was flavoured id find it easier!
Im starting at 15st 10lb on total solution, what can expect fir my first 100% week?

Hi I am on day 3 have been really busy and felt a bit ropey at time but survived. My breath is so discusting which is a good sign ketosis is on its way. Fingers crossed :)

As far as the water gos just keep sipping drink little and often and you will soon be fine, also try a drink from a bottle e.g a litre water bottle so you can keep track of your in take. In my first week I lost 8lbs.
