my first diary

ok, so lets give this a go so i can see where i am going wrong. and hopefully be pointed in the right direction.
I am doing red day, i will post as i eat i cant decide on meals i just eat what mum does...lol

so, for breakfast today i have had:
Necatrine
Muller light yoghurt
Cherries.

lunch
ham and cheese omelette (made using lil bit of low fat cheese, not full allowance)
1 slice of ww danish bread
muller light
nectarine
cherries
pear

Dinner
Shepherds pie, mostly meat though cos i dont like mash...lol

Sins = 0

For dinner i know i should have had veg, but i didnt get around to it.

will update as i eat.

Lol...well it looks ok so far Huni!!! Lol.

Try and plan the day before..I find that this helps me to decide what day I am going to be on and also to prepare meals in advance as I work from 8.00 - 17.00.
