    hello every1 been doin ww for years yoyoing on and off, but really going to go for it now!!
    reach my goal. :)

    breakfast
    1 egg poarched 1.5
    2 slices of milk loaf 1

    lunch
    tortilla pizza!!
    tortilla wrap 1.5
    green pepper 0
    ham 0.5
    chicken 0.5
    cheese 1.5
    mushrooms 0
    bqq and tomato sauce base 1

    dinner

    crispy chicken 4

    grilled mushrooms 0

    snacks

    HI yea there nice they are quite small. but i swapped to them a while ago and its never bothered me :) x
