looking at some of the other posts, I've noticed that alot of people have put mini targets as well as their ultimate goal.​
so I have decided to do the same.

first WI on wednesday guys, wish me luck!:)

1.get through day one 100%=DONE
2.get through weekend 100%=DONE
3.get through week 1 100%=
4.lose over 3lbs in first week=
