My first weigh in tonight.... how much did you lose week 1?

I joined SW Friday morning group last week but my daughters sports day clashes on my first weigh in is tonight and im so nervous. According to the Wii ive lost 2lbs. I am so scared how much did you lose week 1? xxx

Hi, I joined last week and had my first weigh in yesterday. I lost 8lb. I was VERY shocked. I got my half stone award too. How did you get on? x

Hi Welldone you!! I lost 2.5 lbs really happy with that. I started at 14 st 9 and in 3 weeks (including star week) I am now 14st 3 so ive lost 6lbs all together so I guess im losing 2 lb a week which is fab for me! Good luck for next week Ican2013 x
