can anyone help me in setting my goals in Mfp to reflect induction phase on atkins. Have googled but no luck.

If you go onto mfp website (not phone app) and go into goals you can manually set ur kcals and fat/carbs etc. just bear in mind in uk you don't minus the fibre so when putting fruit and veg into mfp put asda or a supermarket first ie asda apples (that way fibre will already be off)
