My food diary.. 18lb to lose!

    OK, gonna try tracking my food on here as perhaps the thought that people can see it might spur me on to be good!

    WI today... 11s4. Want to lose 18lb ideally.

    So far today...

    B - melon, grapes cherries.
    S- seafood sticks
    L- Cajun prawn stir fry..

    Drinks - coke zero, tea

    HeA - milk in tea

    Will post rest later...

    Had a meal out, but just had a mixed grill starter, Indian. Gonna say 10 syns to be safe!

    Also 5 syns for vodka.

    Muller light earlier, 1 syn

    So 16 syns today...but will have less tomorrow!

    Not too bad for a friday
