Healthy Choice A:
250ml semi skimmed milk.

Healthy Choice B:
Hifi peanut bar.

Breakfast:
Mullerlight.

Lunch:
Pasta with tuna, onion, beetroot, sweetcorn and 1tbsp salad cream light (1syn).

Dinner:
Doner kebab with garlic sauce, salad, and chips (used flexi syns).

Snacks:
Hifi peanut bar (B choice).

Drinks:
Squash, tea, diet energy drink, diet coke and banana milkshake.

Saturday 17th March 2012

Healthy Choice A:
None as still had milk allowance left from yesterday so used that.

Healthy Choice B:
Hifi peanut bar.

Breakfast:
Hifi peanut bar (B choice).

Lunch:
Pasta bolognese.

Dinner:
Chicken breast with steamed rice and carrots.

Snacks:
Banana, apple, small pot of chocolate philly (4.5syns), 2 packets of Aldi skips (8syns), hifi light bar (3syns), 300g low fat cottage cheese (3syns).

Drinks:
Tea, diet energy drink, diet coke, diet lemonade.

Syns Used:

Food looks good altho you aren't allowed to carry over you healthy extras. If you hadn't used all your milk, you should have topped it up to the correct allowance and used that. It's crucial that you're sure you have your HEa-for calcium and your HEb for fibre :) also what superfree did you have with the pasta bolognese? :) x

I didn't realise that I couldn't carry it over, ill bear that in mind next time.
In the bolognese was tomatoes, garlic, onion, mushroom so I counted that as my superfree which I know is naughty but there's not really anything superfree that you can have with spag bol!

There's nothing naughty about that! It's spot on :)
 
Hey littlelegs :) ..

Looks like a great start :) I make spag bol alot and also meatballs .. and i find if you make a batch of red pepper and red onion soup its free and makes a great sauce ! ... i just chuck in mushrooms pepper and also grate a carrot in with my mince when its cooking ;) blends in really well and the kids dont even notice

2x hifi light bars (Healthy B), eggs, beans, mushrooms and bacon.

Pasta n sauce (0.5 syns), cucumber.

Dinner:
Diet coke chicken and sw chips.

Snacks:
Banana, sw crisps.

Drinks:
Tea, diet coke, diet lemonade.
