My food diary for april - green days only :)

Well I've done a diary for march and had an ok month, consistently losing and although not lots, still lost! This month is going to be bad (!) as I've loads on, but I have come to the conclusion that when I know I have to write it all down it limits me. That was until today!!! When I had the biggest binge!!! Ever!!! Diary or no food diary!!! Although in all fairness it was before I knew that one slice of pizza hut pizza was 15 syns....eeeek!!!!

Anyway, onto to todays food!

Friday, 1st April 2011

Breakfast
2 weetabix & 200ml semi skimmed milk (hea 1 & heb 1)

Lunch
(Put on by my work may I add so I was obliged lol!!) 2 slices veggie pizza from pizza hut (30 syns (cry!)), some potato wedges (2syns), some crisps (2 syns), 2 crunchie snack bars (8 syns)

Dinner
2 slices nimble bread with marmalade (heb 2 & 3 syns)

Snacks
Managed some strawberries and grapes. Snack-size fruit pastilles (2.5 syns), milky bar buttons (snack size) (4 syns), twix (12 syns), and a lemsip (half syn).

Twix was cos I got a bit upset and had to eat it so I would feel better (It didn't help!) and ive got a wee cold coming on so started on my lemsip :( woe is me!!

Total syns for day... Do I even count? Ah go on!! 64.... That's bad :( anyway onto tomorrow...I can't promise it's gonna be any better. But I will try... WILLPOWER!!

I think you need to find another way of dealing with your emotions, instead of turning to food.

Also, everyone has their off days, so you went to Pizza Hut, its not all the time that you can avoid social eating situations, so as long as you do not continue to do it thats good.

Thanks for your comment but I am so much better than I was!!! The fact i stopped at the twix was a small win!! Today was much better! Not syn free but I was in control!! :)

Sorry have had a bad (great!!!) weekend! Have been fluey and not feeling 100%. have been eating lots of oranges and superspeed soup but also lots of junk food. I haven't had a week like this since xmas so I'm not too worried. I will prob have a gain tomorrow at WI but I'm not going to dwell on it. The decisions I have made this week have been informed and I've made my choices knowing the consequences... Aprils food diary shall start tomorrow!! :)

Weigh in today: 1 lb off giving me my 2stone award - woohoo!! Have to be extra good this week as i had a bad 4 days there! Still loaded with the cold so hard to keep motivated :( Enjoying eating oranges (cant drink water for some reason) and superspeed soup though (as its quite comforting)!

Breakfast
2 weetabix & 200ml semi skimmed milk (heb 1 & hea 1)

Lunch
Superspeed soup

Dinner
Sw chips, quorn burger topped with cajun spice, sauteed onions (in frylight), melted cheese, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup in a 57g wholemeal bun. (hea 2 & heb 2 & 1 syn)

Snacks
2 alpen light bars (6 syns), cadburys creme egg (8.5 syns), apple, orange, 2 strepsils (1 syn), 6 halls soothers (4.5 syns), 3 teas using milk from hea 1 allowance.

Total syns for day: 20

Breakfast
2 weetabix & 200ml semi skimmed milk ( hea 1 & heb 1)

Lunch
Strawberries ( lots!!) with fat free fromage frais, apple

Dinner
Superspeed soup
2 alpen light bars, ( heb 2)

Snacks
Orange, new type walkers crisps (8.5 syns), 4 soothers (3 syns)

Total syns: 11.5 syns

Still feeling poorly, maybe tomorrow will be better :)

Bad day - ate LOADS of Jacobs crackers and cheddar cheese!!!!

Breakfast - just an orange and a cup of tea
Lunch was baked potato with some cheese and peppers and red onion
Dinner - alpen light bar

2 chunks of cake today as well, some more tea and a curly wurly...

Going to eat properly tomorrow!!! And this time I mean it!!!

Soooooo... Haven't exactly been on plan this last few days... Not very much inspiration going on at the minute... I still have this blimmin cold!!!! It's like it's coming back instead of going away!!! SCREAM!! Anywho... Today is Tuesday, my WI and the 1st day of my week so here goes! Oh and I maintained!!! Really happy about that if not somewhat confused!! I shall not question it and stick to plan this week!!

Green day

Breakfast
2 slices nimble toast with marmalade (heb 1 & 3 syns)

Lunch
2 boiled eggs, 2 slices nimble toast with lurpak lighter (heb 2 & 3 syns)

Dinner
Banana, Mandarin oranges, Spaghetti hoops, 1% mugshot.

Snacks
3 teas with milk from hea 1. Half of mars duo (9.5 syns)

Total syns for day: 15.5 syns

Ok, so dinner wasn't the best but haven't done a proper shop this week so just grabbing stuff out of cupboard. Will make a nice dinner tomorrow!! :D

Salad sandwich using 2 slices wholemeal bread (the big stuff) and 2 tsp light salad cream & 25g light cheddar cheese (hea 2 & heb 2 and 3 syns (2 for bread over heb allowance and 1 for salad cream))

Dinner
Quorn sausages (3), sw chips, mixed steamed veg (Brussels, peas, carrots) tbsp ketchup (1 syn)

Snacks
Half snickers duo, banana, muller light, tea using milk from rest of hea... (12.5 syns)

Total syns for day: 16.5 syns

Green day

Breakfast/lunch/brunch
Banana
2 slices French toast - wholemeal bread (heb 1 & 2)
Mushrooms and tomato sautéed in frylight

Dinner
Spaghetti bolognese using quorn, 2.5 peppers, mushrooms, 2 onions, garlic, chilli powder, tinned tomatoes, oregano, stock.
3 slices garlic bread - it's the tescos light bites 2 syns each

Snacks
8 haribo sweets (synned at about 8 syns) muller light, coke zero and tea using milk from hea, raspberries set out for later.

Total syns for day: 14 syns

Friday 15th April

Breakfast
Weetabix & 200 ml semi skimmed milk

Lunch
Raspberries, banana

Dinner
Mushroom stroganoff (tagliatelli - is that how u spell it?)

Snacks
6 haribo, 6 chocolate eclair sweets, 2 digestives, cheese (within hea 2 allowance) about 3 teas with semi skimmed milk

Unsure of how many syns the mushroom stroganoff was so let's not count eh? Lol

Lunch
Some appletart...

Dinner
Stir fried veg with Ginger, honey and hoisin sauce and noodles. 3 slices of garlic ciabatta.

Snacks
2 small glasses wine, half pint carlsberg, half a snack bar (3 syns)

Again was at relatives and ate out, was a bit good to compensate the wine and beer but was unable to resist the garlic bread!!

BAD DAY!!

Breakfast
2 slices toast using batch bread (White) with butter

Lunch
Lasagne, salad and 1 slice garlic bread
For dessert had small slice chocolate gateaux and small slice of strawberry gateaux.

Snacks
Here we go... 2 small snack bars (6 syns), a 99 ice-cream cone (approx 15 syns) 2 cadbury's mint crisp (think about 24 syns), bag of salt & vnegar chipsticks (4 syns). Glass wine (about half a small glass!) I LOVE Irish confectionary!! Mmmmmm!!

Syn overload today!!

Stay away from this diary - I've been REALLY bad!! I have a march diary which is a little better and want to start a new may one when it comes as this month has been soooo bad :D but I knew it wasnt going to be brilliant and I'm not expecting a huge loss this month. Back on track now (ish) though!

I love minimins - there are a few green/veggie and vegan diaries on here with some lovely recipies! Good luck on your weightless journey :) xx
