My food diary for tomorrow...

Hi,

As some of you may know I cannot start SW until the group re-opens next Tuesday. Therefore, I am guessing what my menu should look like. So, tomorrow's plan looks like this....

Breakfast: 28g Muesli and Semi-skimmed Milk and a banana

Snack: Activia Snack pot yoghurt
Red Apple

Lunch: Jacket potato, half tin of baked beans, half a plate of salad

Tea: Going to make the SW Classic Chicken Curry from the magazine and some rice.

Please feel free to advise on my plan if you think their is anything I should/not take out or add... :cool:

Today's menu for 1/01/2011:

Brunch (wasn't up until 11am!): Scrambled Eggs, Baked Beans and 2x wholemeal bread, 5g flora extra light

Sn: Banana and Curly Whurly

Tea: Small piece of sirloin steak with tbl sp of steak pepper, crushed garlic and fry light, with Baked beans, mash tatie and vegetable stir fry cooked using frylight

sn: Melon pieces and Grapes

Also had 2x earl grey decaf tea and 1 normal cuppa and 1000ml water.

We do indeed, I just noticed that!! Maybe we can encourage each other to reach them milestones!! :)

Lunch: Salad with 1 slice of ham and 1 boiled egg, 2tsp Helmans light mayo (syns...?)
Snack: Dairy Milk Bar
Tea: 1 Chicken Breast with carrots, peas, sweet potatoes, yorkshire pud and gravy
Sn: Activia fat free yoghurt

Drink: 2000ml water, 2 x earl grey tea (de-caff)

Tea: Jacket Potato with Baked Beans and Natural fat free cottage cheese
Sn: Activia fat free yoghurt + Curly Whurly (6 syns)

Drink: 2000ml water, 2 x earl Grey tea (De-caff)

Snack: Mixed Berries
Lunch: Jacket Potato with Baked Beans and Natural fat free cottage cheese, 10g Flora extra light (3Syns)
Sn: Activia fat free yoghurt + Curly Whurly (6 syns)
Tea: Turkey curry using the SW recipe for chicken curry- just a change in meat

Drink: 2000ml water

I'm impressed with your water consumption, that is defo my prob at the mo, I'm not getting enough water :sigh:

Lunch:Mixed Berries (500g)- Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries and Red Grapes
Snack: Curly Whurly (6 syns) Cadbury mini dairy milk bar (6.5syns)
This is the regular Saturday Night Tea!!:
5oz Rump Steak (grilled, all fat trimmed) covered with fresh crushed Garlic, few sprays of frylight and 2x tsp of Schwartz Steak Pepper (syns?), 1/3 plate of Vegetable Stirfry- cooked using frylight, Button Mushrooms, sweet potato and Baked Beans- yum!! :)

Drink:1000ml water, 500ml Diet Coke, + 2 cups of Earl Grey De-caff tea using allowance of 350mlSkimmed Milk (HExA)
Syns:hmm 15.5
Exercise: 1.5mile walk with my Fiance :)

Drink:1000ml water, 2 cups of Earl Grey De-caff tea using allowance of Skimmed Milk (HExA)

(But, their are 37.5syns left for the rest of week x2 days)

Well I put half a lb on today at WI so I am going to try and have a Red week and cut down on carbs... time to start again tomorrow. :(
