My food diary good or bad please add comments or your diaries

Hi I started slimming world 4 weeks ago at 15stone 5lbs I have since lost 12lbs and now weigh 14st 8lbs
I find writing down what I eat each day helps me stay on track
I find it helpful to see what others are eating so hopefully someone will find my diary helpful
Please feel free to add your diaries or make comments I would love to hear them

Tuesday 5th may

A semi skimmed milk
B 2 slices nimble wholemeal bread

Breakfast
Frozen mixed berries and vanilla yoghurt

Lunch
Tomato and herb mug shot 2 satsumas

Tea
3 Quorn sausage 2 satsumas minestrone mug shot
A pear 1 rice cake! (got in late from work so was not a well prepared tea!!)

Snack
Mullerlight pear and Satsuma (love them at the moment)

Drinks coffee with healthy a, orange squash and Pepsi max

Exercise 56 min walk- 3.14 miles
20 minute on my step when watching last nights corrie with weights
15 min walk to shop 0.7 miles
