Day 1

Starting weight 8st 11. - Goal weight of 8st 2. I posted a brief post about myself before if you want to know any background info!

Please feel free to follow, comment and share on my diary. If im doing something wrong please let me know!

We can do it :)

Woke up late at 1030 (bank holiday and all that Jazz...)

10.30 Breakfast - Strawberries, 2 extra lean sausages (0.5 syn each = 1), beans and mushrooms
14.00 Lunch - Smoked salmon, Ryvita x 2 (HEB), 40g extra light soft cheese (1/2 HEA), rocket, banana and apple
19.00 Dinner - Harvestor simply chicken meal (potato, peas and chicken breast = 1 syn for possbility of oil), 2 x salad bowls with carrots, lettuce, 2 ladels of fat free dressing, sweetcorn, couscous and pasta (2 syns for bit of oil)
Cupa tea with rest of HEA

Total = 4 syns

Really didnt want any snacks today as i wasnt very hungry, big breakfast set me up a treat. Tomorrow if a longer day starting work at 6am. Feeling very positive. Feeling very very full might i add.. xxx
