My food diary - please feel free to help me!

Morning everyone!

I've decided to start a food diary to keep me on track and make me feel terrible when I overdo the syns! :D

Im new to SW and doing the EE so please if you see anywhere I could improve then let me know.

Today -

Breakfast -

28g porridge oats (heb)
Mullerlight strawberry
Blueberries
Strawberries


Lunch -

Jacket potato, no butter
Tin of baked beans
Satsuma


Dinner

Home made burgers;
lean minced beef - (100g - 3.5 syns)
onion
garlic
rosemary

1 bread roll - (6.5 syns)

Big salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery, pepper and mushrooms


Snacks
Mullerlight toffee
Satsuma
Blueberries

HEA is milk, being used in hot drinks today. Its so cold!
