    breakfast:
    28g branflakes hexb
    200ml skimmed milk hexa

    lunch:
    3 eggs chopped
    1 slice of Warb W/meal 800g hexb
    banana

    dinner:
    jacket potato
    mild cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce (1/2 syn)

    Don't be afraid to add more syns in there. And put in some snacks in between meals. That way you'll not feel like you are depriving yourself.;)

    Id starve to death eating that! Dont be scared to eat! A MINIMUM of 5 syns a day, and eat as much superfree as you can - as someone above said AT LEAST five a day!
