Hey all thought I would start a food diary just to keep myself on track. Feel free to have a nose and comment if you wish! :)

Monday 21st Feb

Breakfast - 30g porridge oats 1.5pts, 1/4 pint ss milk 1pt, mixed frozen berries 2pts, sweetener. 4.5pts.

Lunch - homemade soup 1pt, banana 1.5pts, 2.5pts

Dinner - homemade soup 2pts, 1x slice nimble bread 0.5pts
2.5pts

Snacks - fruit throughout the day - 3pts, ice cream 5pts.
8pts

Water - 2.5 litres

17.5/18 points.

Dinner - chicken 2pts, stir fry veg 0pts, chili sauce 1pt. 3pts

Snacks - twix fino 4pts, club biscuit 3pts, sprite zero 0pts, fruit 2pts. 9pts

Water - 3 litres.
