MY FOOD DIARY !!

    been having a nightmare of weight loss so many people asked me to put my food diary on here (justed figured out where to put them lol ) so here goes a few days worth !:rolleyes:

    tuesday:- red day

    slice of gammon
    slice of beef
    " " "" turkey
    carrots
    cauliflower
    swede
    mushrooms
    cabbage
    2 lean pork chops
    banana
    shape fat free yogurt
    A =350ml skimmed milk
    B=2 x weetabix
    B=198G new potatos

    syns= 1 yorkshire pudding 3
    1 stuffing ball 2
    gravy 2.5
    1 roast potato 2


    wed EE DAY
    ham omellette
    tin spaggetti
    pasta
    peppers
    apple
    pear
    shape yogurt ff
    bacon
    mushrooms
    pineapple
    melon
    l/f natruel yogurt

    A=42g l/f cheese
    B=wholemeal cob

    syns= sw tuna in lime and black pepper 1
    1 bowyers sausage 1
    1 packet of cadburys animals 6

    thurs EE
    BACON
    tin spaggetti
    mushrooms
    melon
    pineapple
    shape yogurt
    banana
    l/f natruel yogurt
    lean mince beef
    peppers
    onion
    rice
    tin tomatoes
    home made chips

    A=4xdairylea light triangles
    B=4x ryvitas

    1 pckt asda cheese curls 3.5
    1pckt jacobs iced choc gems 6

    thats it so far ?

    Are you having enough water?
    Also I notice you are having fruit and veg, but are you having at least 1/3 of your plate full on the EE days?

    i have a cup of coffee in morn then 2 from canteen in afternoon at work i try to drink water but in this weather prefer warm drinks i would say i am filling my plate up with ee

    When you say you are filling your plate up with extra easy do you mean that before you serve up say the meat and potatoes do you put a third vegetables on your plate? When you put a diary on here it really helps if you divide it into meals and snacks so we can see how your typical day pans out xx

    ok brightonrose next diary i do i will try and divide it into meals for u to see x
