been having a nightmare of weight loss so many people asked me to put my food diary on here (justed figured out where to put them lol ) so here goes a few days worth !:rolleyes:

Are you having enough water?
Also I notice you are having fruit and veg, but are you having at least 1/3 of your plate full on the EE days?

i have a cup of coffee in morn then 2 from canteen in afternoon at work i try to drink water but in this weather prefer warm drinks i would say i am filling my plate up with ee

When you say you are filling your plate up with extra easy do you mean that before you serve up say the meat and potatoes do you put a third vegetables on your plate? When you put a diary on here it really helps if you divide it into meals and snacks so we can see how your typical day pans out xx
