My Food Diary

Hi Everyone, I have to start my Food Diary again.

I had a total blow out at the weekend – was away for the weekend, 2 nights bed and breakfast and an evening meal L
Anyway what is done is done so cant do anything about it, what I can do something about is my points intake for this week, I am currently on 19 per day, will reduce that to 16 for this week. And try to get a 30min walk in everyday
