Hi all,

Hope you are having a lovely sunday :)

After doing Extra Easy since january I've decided to try more red and green days to help portion control a bit more :).

This is todays food, is this right for a red day?

Breakfast - 2 Alpen Lights (B), 2 Mandarins (SF).

Snack - Banana (SF)

Lunch - Eggs (F), Cheese (A), Bacon (F), Pepper (SF), Onion (SF), Mushroom (SF), Hi-Fi Bar (5 1/2 Syns)

Snack - 2 Plums (SF)

Tea - Pasta (Wholemeal, B), Primula Cheese (A), Bacon (F), Chicken (F), Mushrooms (SF), Some Vegetables of some sort (SF)

Pudding - Mango (SF), Strawberries (SF), Greek Yogurt (F), Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns).

Hi all,

haveing another go at the diary thing...have been on track since january and lost 2st10lb (hopefully more tommorow!) and so so pleased!

Anyway, I'm getting a bit stuck in a rutt, and worrying alot of the time about what I'm eating so thought this would be a way of getting some tips/reassurance!

Today I've had...

Breakfast - Banana, SF, and Weetabix Oaty Bar, B.

Snack - Milk, A, Crusha (Sugarfree), F, Cottage Cheese, F, Haribo Sweets, 3.

Lunch - Roll, B, Cheese, A, Burger, 4, Onions, SF, Mushrooms, SF, Beans, SF, Pork, F, Chicken, F, Marinade, 1.5, Tommy K, 1.5, Jelly Yogurt, 1.5.

Snack - 2x caramel sweets, 1.

And for tea I reckon I'll have chicken, F, salad, F, and for pudding, Raspberries, Peaches, SF, and Yogurt, F, and maybe an options for 2.

Total = 14.5 Syns.

It's a red day btw.
