    Hiya - here's what I had yesterday..

    Breakfast:
    Activia Strawbery yogurt - 3
    Special K Mini Breaks - 3

    Lunch:
    Wholemeal bread (2 slices) - 6
    Tuna (half a can) - 2
    Lighter than light mayo (2 tbl spoons) - 1
    Sweetcorn - 1
    Salt & Vinegar French Fries -2
    Hartley's Cranberry & Raspberry jelly - 0

    Dinner:
    Lean Mince (1/4 pack) - 6
    Gordon Ramsey bolognase sauce (1/4 pot) - 2
    Garlic bread (1/2 a baton) - 8
    Spinach - 0
    Cherry toms - 0
    Hartley's Cranberry & Raspberry jelly - 0
    Melon - 0
    Grapes - 0
