As I already have an ********* devoted solely to SW, I now have joined minimims. ?.
Food today
Breakfast: 2 alpen light bars & muller light yoghurt
Snack: sandwich thin with piece of cold ham (5 syns ?)
Lunch: batchelor's deli box noodles (1.5 syns)
Dinner: chinese chicken curry with peas and onions and rice. Sauce was mayflower. (5 syns)
2 toasted small pitta breads ????. (7 syns each)
23.5 syns!!!! ?????.
I am going to rectify this by having scrambled eggs for my brekkie tomorrow. When I have protein I am less inclined to eat later.
