My Food Diaryy :)

So today is the 1st day of the new me :)

breakfast - bowl of cheerios with cup of tea.

lunch - tuna sweetcor & cucumber sandwich on wholemeal bread, with extra light mayo, banana & go ahead bar.

dinner - small bowl of carrot and coriander soup with 2 slices of wholemeal bread with dairylea triangle.
3 cheaddar biscuits and a banana.
cup of tea.

getting hungry now as im writing this....

goin to make a food diary everyday so hopefully u guys can tell me if im on the right track or going wrong..
