My getting to target diary

Hello there.
I've lost just over a stone in the last few months and have around 7lbs to go until target.
I've just stopped going to group as I was not getting anything from it, so I will be making the most of this site and making myself accountable by weighing weekly and marking the result on our family calendar.
I have been quite half hearted in my efforts so far. Too many syns! But even though I'm back in to my size 10s, I feel unhealthy.
So a new focus is required, starting today.
At my last weigh in, I was 8stone 13lbs. Aiming for 8stone 7(ish)!

Food diary:
Breakfast = tea (bad!)
Lunch = home made tomato soup and prawns
Tea=steak, sw wedges, mushrooms and sw coleslaw
Syns= 1 for extra light mayo
Hea=milk
Heb=potato
