My Goals

OK - I have had a think about what I have acheived so far and want to achieve in the next few months and I want to use this as a reminder to myself.

WW Goals – Starting weight - 13stone 10lbs - 01/06/08

Lose half a stone – aim for holiday on 05/07/08 – Done 14/6/08

Get into size 14 jeans – Done 21/06/08

Lose 5% (9.5lbs) - Done 28/06/08

Get to 13 stone – aim for holiday on 05/07/08 - Done 17/07/08

Stay the same or lose on holiday (5-12 July) – Done STS - 13/7/08

Lose 1 stone - 12stone 10lbs - aim for 30/7/08 - Done 11/08/08

Get to BMI 30 = 12st 8lb – aim for hospital appointment 21/08/08 - Done 25/08/08

Lose 10% (19lbs = 12st 5lb) - aim for holiday on 4th September 2008 oe by end of September MIL & FIL ruby wedding

STS at weigh in (post-holiday!) on 13/09/08

Get in to my wardrobe full of size 14s - end of September

Get to 12 stone – aim for 6th October hospital appointment

Have slim fingers to get wedding ring on again – aim for November

Get into Monsoon suit – aim for November holiday

Goal weight 11 stone – for friends wedding in Barbados May 2009 - I want to wear a slinky dress and feel comfortable in a swimsuit (dare I say bikini????)

Another one done - I managed to stay the same on holiday.....

Now just need to get to 13 stone (or less!) at WI on Saturday.....

It does feel good to have a plan and be ticking things off rather than just focusing on the lbs/scales. I think I have been quite realistic in what I am aiming for and it is keeping me motivated at the moment. :)
