My green meals (4 Torquay)

Breakfast
omlette:
3eggs
3 quorn sausages
mushrooms
beans
1oz cheese
basil

or

2 wheatabix
Skimmed milk
Canderell
muller light yogurt

Lunch/dinners

Quorn pasta bake (very quick and easy- great with synfree chips- very filling)
Quorn mince
onions
mushrooms
beans
Batchelors pasta n sauce (tomato, onion and herb)
Garlic granules
Cheese

Chop the onions & sweat in the microwave for around 1 minute.
Then add the onions to the quorn mince and baked beans. Cook on the hob until nearly cooked
Then add mushrooms and garlic (if desired)
In a separate saucepan make up the pasta ‘n’ sauce, (without milk or butter) with ¾ pint of boiled water.
When the Pasta ‘n’ Sauce is cooked- pour the quorn mixture into an oven proof casserole dish
Add the Pasta ‘n’ Sauce on top
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top- Grill for about 2 Minutes.

Potatoes
Onion
Mushrooms
3 Eggs
Cheese

Part boil the potatoes- then basically chuck it all in the dish and cook for about 45mins or until egg is cooked

Quorn spaghetti Bolo
As normal but with Quorn and Passata

Syn free chips and Batchelor cheese and brocilli pasta n sauce- (its sooo nice and easy)

And the usual

Jacket potatos- beans- cheese


I'll put up any others i can think of later- buts thats just a few of mine to give people ideas for Green days.

Im going to try a green day today! Have only had 3 or 4 green days since i started, thanks for the help xxx:D:D:D
