So I am on Day 2 of Phase 1 and really enjoying it so far! I have tried doing it once before but ended up not following it after the end of Phase 1. I thought I would keep a food diary as I'm not sure I've got my head entirely around Phase 2!

Breakfast: Parma Ham and NLY
Lunch: Tuna Salad
Dinner: Butternut Squash soup with chicken
Snack (as I had dinner really early!): Bacon

I haven't had my daily brown rice allowance since starting but haven't felt like I needed it - does anyone know if this is a problem?
