This is my food diary - I am trying to loose weight for our much wanted baby miracle So here goes -
Thursday 23rd June - RED
Breakfast -
2 choc weetabix (b + 2 syns), 350ml semi skimmed milk (a), banana
Lunch
Chicken breast, 3 x babybel lights (a), banana, ww yog, carrot sticks, apple
Dinner
35g wholemeal pasta (b), extra lean mince, grated carrot, mushrooms, pasata, 4 tsps tomato puree (2 syns), 1 oxo cube
Syns - 4
