I started in july/august from 14st plus to 11 st 9lbs.
With my knee injury I came off teh diet for a month and a half and gained 5lbs.

Am now restarting at 12st this week :)

x

Nazz,

The thing is SS was good but with life happening and stressors I sometimes do the ss+ if I need to eat or else I get food obsessed.

I can be on SS for three days then feel like eating so I will have a non carb (teeny) meal in the evening from SS+ menu,
That tends to work for me.

I have an impending knee opertion in 10 days so I wanted to make sure I retrained myself to "Love" the cambridge again so once I come back home I will keep going. I dont want the three weeks I spend in bed recuperating to impede my weight loss.

You can do it Nazz!

Thank you Sianna, am now back to lose the last stone plus :) x

New person! Doesn't look the same! Really inspirational well done and thanks for the inspiration! :D

Beginning my third week today!

Back on the plan to lose the final two stones and get into a healthy BMI :)
Made the mistake of working out all last week on sole source and whilst I've lost in inches the scales were only two pounds down :(

Determined to complete this week on SS - SS+ and no working out or gymming in a bid to kickstart the losses again.

Wish me luck :)

I'm sure you'll do great. You walk leisurely but anything more will jeopardise losses even if you lose inches.

I'm currently beginning week 15 and will weight next Monday.
Keep focused and remember your water x

the last leg of the journey is always the hardest :/

well done you! I cant imagine the determination you must have to have made it to week 15 but more power to you

Thank you so much. It hasn't always been easy but I know what I want to look like so I stay focused.

I can't wait for my weigh in and hoping to be at goal by the end of December :)

I am rooting for you!

I have 30 days of SS to reach my goal by end of October. I am determined to get it done so I can go back to maintenance and my favorite activities at the Gym :)

I am craving the gym so much but know id rather lose the fat first.
I used to be a gym bunny. Toned and weary thing but caring for mum after she was diagnosed with cancer I binged like crazy. Like crazy.
I can't wait to go back but also slightly ashamed if I'm honest for them to see I've lost all my tone. But I have to start somewhere again.

You can easily do 30 days. I will continue to check up on you. You can do this. Mind over matter xx

It is commendable that you were caring for your mom! and whilst binge eating during that time wasn't great I can relate totally.

Losing the weight is a battle in its own then I see the gym as the cherry on top because with the serotonins coursing through your body its thoroughly enjoyable. I personally think that losing fat is much harder than toning up.... cos with toning up once the muscles start popping the skin drapes over it nicely (wait that visual is not pleasant lol) ... anyway i hope you get my drift.

I cheat weighed this morning and it came in at 69kilos! so that means only 9 more kilos eeeeeeeekkkkkk!!!! Have a photoshoot for my company tomorrow and have these amazing gowns that I need to fit into comfortably so I hope and pray I look ok.

I understand you perfectly.
You will do great at the photo shoot. Stay positive and rock that body.

I cannot wait to see the 60's. You've done so great. Keep it up and the 9 kilos will be off in no time. Promise you x

Hope you're getting on ok. Dry focused. I know the weekends can be challenging at times x

Good Morning hun!

Weighed in at 69kg and killed it at the photoshoot. Very happy :)

Let kill it this week am going SS for 7 full days and have everything prepared thus far. The trick is to leave all my visa cards at home so my colleagues dont try and drag me off to lunch either. hihi

Goals for this week is going to be realistic at 68kg. My consultant told me something I haven't considered before: Apparently the bigger the person the higher the losses and when you start in at 76 instead of 95 then you cant expect the same fantastic losses as the first time .....if that makes sense. So my attitude towards this now is expect a loss of 1 -2kg a week on SS and if it exceeds that then great if it doesn't then its understandable.

Thansk for checking in! How is it going for you?

I knew you would do great. Super proud of you.
I agree with planning ahead to do whatever it takes to stay on track. I have even lost friends during this process.

I weighed in at 75kg, so that is a 10kg loss from week ten. I started off at 107kg exactly 15 weeks ago so I am over the moon to have lost 31kg. Unbelievable. It works.
Today is the beginning of week 16 and cannot believe I have been on liquids for this long. 20kg more and I am at goal :)

We can do this, also you can easily manage 7 days on ss easily. No Excuses xx
